Alexandre Prévert
Director of the Academy,
Professional Coach and Manager on the FIP & Premier Padel Tours
Alexandre Prévert (28yo) is one of the few first professional coaches on both FIP & Premier Padel Tours dedicated to travel on every competition of his players around the globe.
Managing and coaching for almost two years top French Player Laura Buteau (National n°10 and World n°200), Alexandre has also sat in 2024-2025 on several team benches as Dora Andrejszki and Karin Hechenberger, Carmen Castillón and Rebeca Lopez, Maria Garin and Constança Gorito…
Working on both the technical and tactical aspects of the game, Alexandre leads a new professional padel wave bringing passion and modernity to the sport.
Laura Buteau
Professional Player on FIP & Premier Padel Tours
Currently ranked Top 10 in France and inside the World Top 180, Laura Buteau is one of the rising stars of the women’s pro circuit.
Competing regularly on the FIP and Premier Padel Tours, she recently made her debut at the Premier Padel P2 in Valladolid.
With strong ambitions toward the world Top 100, Laura continues to grow her game under the guidance of Alexandre Prévert at the Hayes Academy — where precision, focus, and elite-level training define her daily routine.
Ruben Günter
Professional Coach and FCP Player ( Federación Catalana de Padel)
After discovering padel, he shifted his passion to the smaller court and quickly became a dedicated coach.
Now based in the Barcelona area, Ruben is known for his energy, technical eye, and inclusive approach — always ready to hit the pista with players of all levels. At the Hayes Academy, he leads the general public training program, making padel accessible and fun for everyone.
