We’re a young company with lower overhead and limited marketing expenses — we don’t spend big on pro sponsorships or large-scale campaigns. This allows us to offer exceptional products at a more accessible price.
How can I order a racket?
Simply visit hayespadel.com, choose your racket, and proceed to checkout. If you have a discount code, you can apply it during checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. If you’re purchasing during a pre-sale, shipping dates will be indicated on the product page. For in-stock items, we aim to ship within 3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across Europe and selected international destinations. Shipping options and costs will appear at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. And 10 days Satisfied or your money back after you receive the racket and play with it. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us at contact@hayespadel.com and we’ll guide you through the return process.
